Thank you for being here. Making the commitment to attend therapy is a difficult and vulnerable step. Let’s work together to identify what is causing depression, anxiety, stress or other challenges in your life. All of us have developed unhealthy coping skills and thought patterns based on our past experiences. I can help you identify patterns that are keeping you stuck and help you move forward. I am here to listen, understand and empathize with your experiences. I have genuine care and respect for each of my clients and it is important to me that you feel safe and heard.

My approach to therapy is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and motivational interviewing. I am also trained in lifespan integration, which is a gentle trauma therapy. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, teenagers and young adults. I see clients ages 14 and up.
